Job Description:
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand the needs and pain points of our target audience.
- Develop user personas, sitemaps, and user flows to define the application's architecture and functionality. User personas are fictional representations of the ideal users, while sitemaps illustrate the information hierarchy and user flows map out the steps users will take to complete specific tasks within the app.
- Design high-fidelity mock-ups and wireframes for both mobile and web interfaces. Wireframes are low-fidelity representations that focus on functionality and user flow, while mock-ups are more polished and visually appealing, showing the final design direction.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and user researchers throughout the design process to ensure a seamless user experience across platforms. This will involve regular meetings, feedback sessions, and iterative design adjustments.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
- Conduct usability testing with real users to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Usability testing involves observing users interact with the application and identifying any areas of confusion or difficulty.
- Ensure the application adheres to accessibility guidelines. This means creating an interface that is usable by people with disabilities, regardless of their abilities.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience with mobile and web application design, particularly within the technology sector.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD/Suite.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for technology and a strong desire to create innovative solutions.
