What you will do
Content Strategy
- Understands market trends and user-centered design.
- Uses tools for documenting instructional and informational content.
- Applies information design principles and accessibility standards.
- Has working knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and browser/OS compatibilities.
- Uses data-driven methods like research and gap analysis to identify content needs.
- Translates business goals into content strategies.
- Aligns content tone/style with brand voice and cross-functional messaging.
- Creates content governance and continuous improvement plans.
- Collaborates with SEO, social media, database, and metadata experts.
Driving Client Needs
- Understands customer problems, goals, and product dependencies.
- Uses journey mapping and process optimization to improve experience.
- Builds strong relationships through effective communication and empathy.
- Gathers/analyzes end-user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Designs user-centric processes and engagement strategies.
Design Research
- Applies qualitative and quantitative research methods.

User Discovery
