Job Title: Lead Data Science Analyst (multiple openings)

Duties: Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithm & recommendation to solve business problems. Operates as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, modeling & application, and financial impact analysis. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering (any), Statistics, Mathematics, Information Management or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Scientist; Data Analyst-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Analytics, Engineering (any), Statistics, Mathematics, Information Management or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Scientist; Data Analyst-related occupation.
Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: Data structure and building reports/visualization using Tableau and MS Excel; Data reporting and modeling using advanced SQL; Work on Optimization, Operations Analytics, Data Science or related; Perform data analysis using statistical techniques, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and data visualization to uncover trends, patterns, and insights; Problem-solving including the capability to identify complex business problems, break them down into manageable components, and propose data-driven solutions; Machine learning algorithms and techniques, with hands-on experience in building and evaluating models for various applications such as classification, regression, and clustering; Optimize machine learning models through techniques like hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and model evaluation to achieve superior performance and accuracy.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $116,334.00 to $143,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
