Job Description
Seeking a UX/UI Design Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead design initiatives from concept to launch. Must excel in Figma, user research, and responsive design. Hybrid role in Boston (3 days onsite). Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor designers to create seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Optimize user interfaces for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Provide mentorship and direction to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
- Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and behavioral analysis.
- Ability to design for web and mobile platforms, ensuring responsiveness.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
