Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Director of IT to oversee and manage our IT Operations including Service Desk, Enterprise Applications, Mobility, Telecom, and IT Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in the IT field, with a strong educational background holding a bachelor’s degree in a relevant industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall IT strategy, operations, and services for the 
organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the Service Desk operations, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of IT issues and requests to meet service level agreements.
• Manage and optimize the suite of enterprise applications to enhance business 
processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement IT asset management strategies to effectively track, 
maintain, and optimize the organization's IT assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that support business growth and innovation.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to 
ensure compliance and security standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive 
innovation and digital transformation initiatives. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the IT field, with a proven track 
record of managing IT operations including Service Desk, Enterprise Applications,
Mobility, Telecom and IT Asset Management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional 
teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with 
stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, security, and governance 
practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business 
objectives.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus
