Job Description
This critical contract role will report into the Samsung Business Team as part of our NASB Marketing / Creative Studio team.
Work highlights:
Work closely with Creative Studio leads for Ads and VD/MX, finding solutions to creative operations, production and logistical challenges
Maintain good stakeholder communication primarily with NASB Marketing and SBT Business team members, Samsung external production agencies, and support
Track and execute project schedules, milestones, and deliverables for executing materials, events, and activation deliverables
Identify critical and urgent issues correctly and make corrective action items and/or recommendations to management and issue owners in timely manner
Use marketing and design experience and knowledge to understand internal and external use cases, standards, and requirements. Specific experience supporting Marketing executions essential
Approach project management with a flexible and supportive approach, using Robohead Project Management software and various supporting tools such as Confluence, Google Drive, MIRO, etc.
Work with various stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate development efforts to deliver content via our internal and external channels on schedule, ensuring team collaboration, proper planning, on-brand execution, and delivery are timely for the overall success of the project
Delivers weekly In Production reports, monthly Proof Decks, and Activity Reporting to management to help ensure optimal resource utilization and efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of project management and/or creative operations with demonstratable experience with strong operations in creative services, design or post-production teams
Demonstrated ability to confidently lead projects, asking questions others may not have thought to ask, and the ability to make decisions based on the information available to keep moving forward towards business goals
Highly proficient in multiple project management tools/approaches. Our dream candidate has significant experience with the Robohead platform and can bring to the table the ability to successfully embrace our specific processes as well as help with ongoing optimizations and refinements to our foundational Robohead forms and templates
Highly proficient in reporting on production status and WOW/YOW progress using reports pulled from project management tools, manipulated in Excel and delivered via email and presentation tools
Must be task driven and have the ability to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to evaluate projects and simplify steps throughout the workflow using refined acumen and knowledge, excellent listening skills and/or automation best practices preferred
Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
This hybrid role will be located in NYC and is preferred to work on-site from our PENN1 location 2-3 days per week.
