Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Product Owner to lead and drive our Sales Cloud initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of the Sales Cloud platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business product owners to gather and understand their requirements, transforming these into clear and actionable technical specifications to ensure Salesforce solutions meet or exceed business needs.
Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and utilizing Salesforce capabilities to drive greater operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Sales Cloud, continuously deepening your expertise on platform features and functionalities to facilitate ongoing improvements.
End-User Advocacy: Champion the needs of end-users by providing comprehensive training, support, and guidance to ensure they fully leverage Salesforce capabilities and adhere to best practices.
Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy custom solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, ensuring high-quality, effective implementations.
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of product enhancements, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that align with customer satisfaction and business goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Salesforce Product Owner or Salesforce Consultant, specializing in Sales Cloud. Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales business processes and the ability to align technical solutions with business needs.
Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Certifications: Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
Experience: Demonstrated success in delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
Note: Candidate must live in the Chicagoland area
