WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- Data manipulation and statistical modeling as a Scientist, Consultant, Architect, DBA, or Engineer - 7+ Years
- SQL/R/SAS Programming – 7+ Years
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or operations research, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics, AI, machine learning, NLP, and statistical modeling
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and NLP libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face Transformers
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and model development.
- Experience with advanced statistical modeling, feature engineering, and optimization techniques
- Expertise in developing and deploying ML models in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or similar)
- Strong understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and performance monitoring in production
- Experience working with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Databricks.
- Strong understanding of forecasting techniques, scenario modeling, and optimization algorithms
- Expertise in sales and marketing analytics, including customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and demand forecasting
- Experience with AI-driven competitive intelligence, leveraging web scraping, NLP, and social media analytics to track industry trends
- Ability to work with cloud-based data storage and ETL solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Experience leading large-scale DS and anlystics projects and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with executive communications and verbal / written communication skills
- Understanding of UX design principles for AI-driven dashboards and business intelligence applications.
Travel: As required (10%)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience:
- Hands-on experience in designing and deploying AI solutions using Microsoft Azure ML, Databricks, AWS, Redshift, and Fabric.
Education:
- Master’s degree in related field
Knowledge:
- Other relevant tools such as SAS, SPSS, Alteryx, Linux; Other relevant techniques such as text analysis and text mining; Familiarity with the open-source ecosystems surrounding R (CRAN), Python (PyPi), and/or Hadoop
